A video won’t import
- TikTok: share the video to ListToDish, or paste its link. The recipe comes from the caption, so a video whose caption doesn’t list ingredients can’t be imported.
- Instagram and YouTube don’t let us read captions yet. Copy the caption and paste it on the import screen.
- Recipe websites: open the page in Safari, tap Share, then ListToDish. The page is read on your iPhone.
- Links and captions are read by Anthropic’s AI. If you turned off Settings › AI recipe reading, they won’t import until you turn it back on.
Subscription
- Moved to a new iPhone or reinstalled? Tap Settings › Restore purchases while signed in with the Apple Account you subscribed with.
- To cancel, open the iPhone Settings app › your name › Subscriptions › ListToDish. Cancel at least a day before the free trial ends and you won’t be charged.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
There is no account: your recipes, menus and lists stay on your iPhone. Settings › Delete all data removes them. See the Privacy Policy for what leaves your iPhone when you import.
