Download on the App Store

1 Save it

Share a TikTok video or a recipe page from Safari to ListToDish. For Instagram and YouTube, paste the caption. You get the ingredients and steps, with a link back to the creator. Nothing is downloaded; if the caption has no ingredients, ListToDish tells you instead of guessing.

2 Plan the week

Tell it how many people you cook for, your budget, allergies, how you eat, how long you have on a weeknight and what’s in your kitchen. You get seven dinners, your own saved recipes first. Swap any night for something cheaper or quicker.

3 Shop once

One grocery list for the week, sorted by aisle, each item saying which dinners need it. Two numbers: what full packs will cost, and what the dinners use. Keep salt and oil at home? Mark them once and they stay off the list.

Questions

Does ListToDish download the video?

No. It reads only the text of the caption or recipe page, and keeps a link back to the creator.

Will it plan around allergies?

Yes. Dishes with an allergen you list, including ones you type yourself, never go on your menu. Always check ingredient labels too.

How accurate are the prices?

They are estimates from average store prices in your U.S. region. Items without a price are marked, never counted as $0.

Do I need an account?

No. Your recipes, menus and lists are stored on your iPhone.

How do I cancel?

In Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your iPhone, at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
